The Wood River Bridge carries I-95 NB and SB over the Wood River. Aetna Bridge built the original bridge in 1953. The project included roadway re-profiling of I-95 and superstructure, concrete deck overlay, bearing replacement, extensive substructure concrete repairs, and new concrete backwalls, beamseats, parapets, and median.
